How much would it cost to get an estimate for electrical work?

We Provide a free estimate.

Once we begin the work there could be an alteration to the estimate which our tech will bring to your attention. All change orders that increase the cost of services will be discussed prior to the work to make sure the service costs work for your budget.

What if the electrical problem comes back after your service?

We guarantee our work up to “X” months. If the electrical problem we serviced breaks within the “x” months for no alternative reason, we will fix the problem again at no charge.

How long will it take to get service?

We work in order of the request forms. If your request form is in, expect to hear back within 24hrs - at that time you can schedule an appointment on our calendar and approve an estimate. Once the estimate is approved we will work fast to resolve your electrical problems. On average many service requests start within 1 - 5 business days however this depends on the scope of work & our availability.

Ordering products & scheduling are contributing factors to a longer service process. However, our team will do everything in our power to service your request as soon as possible.

How do we pay you for your services?

We accept all forms of credit cards, cash, bank transfers and checks. We will send you an electronic invoice where you can pay online. The total balance is due upon the completion of work, clients who do not pay on time will incur a late fee of $75 per reminder.

What is your troubleshooting fee?

Troubleshoot fee is $250 for an hour of inquiry . if we are not able to discover the problem within that hour, you will not be charged. However, if we do find out and are able to fix it, additional material costs may be added to the troubleshooting fee.

In more challenging situations, as larger jobs, an estimate will be provided in addition to the troubleshooting fee.
